Check out Vanessa Hudgens and Alex Pettyfer (PS, did you see his other movie I Am Number Four? So much fun!) in this just-for-you clip from their new movie, Beastly.
In it, Alex starts out as a superficial jerk, and ends up transformed into a disfigured shut-up, who has to get a girl to see him for who he is on the inside, and fall in love with him, to transform back. This modern update to “Beauty and the Beast” is emotional and romantic, and a little bit funny too. You can see how, in this scene, where Alex and Vanessa’s characters start to fall for each other over a poem.
